Also, don't forget your company's web site: Look for Investor Relations, About the Company, etc. There may be a CEO message, or you can also find mission statements, values, financial information, annual reports, and other information to help you analyze the company’s strategies.
2.1: External Environment: IBISWorld is great for learning about the industry that your company is part of, as well as what outside forces are shaping its success.
2.2: Internal Environment: Nexis Uni can give you a picture of what is going on inside the company, along with the company's web site.
