Lenticular that explores the relationship between Mother Earth and feminist resistance.

Description

This lenticular highlights the similarities between Mother Earth and the current Feminist Movement, similarly as to what is discussed in the theory of ecofeminism. This theory seeks to center women speaking out about environmental damage and empower their voices. As you move the lenticular from side to side, the composition gives off the illusion that there are two different images on one board. On one side, Mother Earth is depicted with a head of hair that mimics ocean waves. On the opposite side, you see women of all different ages and abilities protesting for social justice.
