About Me

I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. I have a BA in English Critical Theory and Analysis from UC Davis and my MLIS from the University of Washington. I am a first generation degree holder and proud of my island heritage.

I previously worked in public libraries and joined the Gleeson Library | Geschke Learning Resource Center in 2018.

I am a constantly curious learner with interests ranging from data curation to fine art techniques. Currently, I am studying data curation, usage, and ethics as it relates to privacy and open government, particularly when concerning communities of color.
