How to Get Help!

There are several ways to obtain assistance with your research. Read on!

The School of Management has a library liaison named Penny Scott, and you can contact her for help.

It is best to call or email ahead, or make an appointment, to make sure she is available!

If Penny is not available, or any time you need help, you can always get help, just Ask a Librarian!

Books and Ebooks: Gleeson Home Delivery:

You have access to thousands of books and ebooks from our library's collections, as well as from the collections of other libraries. Read on to find out how to access them!


Document Delivery: Order books from our library online, or from other libraries (using Link+), and have them sent to you! Free delivery and returns! Follow these instructions to have materials sent to you:

To sign up for home shipment:

  • Send an email to Gleeson Access Services at

  • The email's subject line should read "Opt In to Home Ship" and the body of the email should include your name and mailing address.

To request a book:

  • Go to the library's catalog at

  • Search for the item you are interested in using a keyword, the title of the item, or the author's name

  • Once you find the item you are interested in, click on the title to view the full record

  • At the top of the item record page, click the "request" button

  • From the Request page, select "Mail" and "Mail to Home Address"

  • Click Submit

Shipping Information

  • The item will be shipped via UPS. Delivery times vary.
  • The item will come in a re-usable envelope and will include a return, pre-paid shipping label.
  • The library pays for shipping both ways, no shipping costs will be incurred by the user.
  • Item due dates apply. Find information on loan periods and renewals here.
