Outreach Services

outreachWe are present throughout the year at orientations and events—with a focus on students' first year experience—to help connect students to our resources and services; and the library's liaison program pairs a librarian with each of USF's schools and academic programs to make connections at the discipline level.

Library Liaisons

The library's liaison program pairs a librarian with each of USF's schools and academic programs to make connections at the discipline level.

Library liaisons work with faculty to build subject collections (books, journals, videos, databases) that support faculty teaching and research, and they teach classes how to do discipline-focused library research.

Liaisons work closely with students by appointment in one-on-one or group research consultations, in addition to seeing them in classroom sessions.
