Users may encounter problems accessing their folder in Fusion and EBSCO databases. Try selecting "Sign In" at the top of any Fusion/EBSCO page. This will restore folder access for some users.
Others, however, may encounter a login error (Authentication Error Code 103), which is an indication that folders are temporarily unavailable for this user. These users will be unable to use their folders to save items, searches, and download EBSCO ebooks. Users may also see this error when trying to access permalinks or persistent links.
For users experiencing this issue, we recommend the following:
Email full text articles to yourself. Check to make sure you received the email, and test the Persistent Link (permalink) in the email before exiting the database.
